Questions people ask before they pay
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your account drops to the free tier. Your watchlist and your domains stay saved but are no longer watched, and the watch resumes the moment you choose a plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your account, under Settings, Billing, with one click. There is no call to make and no form to send. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, nothing more is charged, and you can undo the cancellation until that date.
Can I move from Prospector to Domainator later?
Yes, from Settings, Billing, at any time. You stay on the same billing cycle, pay only the difference for the rest of the current period, and Domainator switches on straight away.
Why no credits?
Because rationing searches is the opposite of research. Plans differ by how much you can watch and how far back you can look. Never by how many questions you may ask.
Is there an internal marketplace?
No. Registration, bidding and buying happen with external providers, and we may earn a commission on those links. It never changes the ranking or the verdicts. Telling you to skip a name earns us nothing.
